Terms of business/Algemene voorwaarden

The Terms of Business or Algemene Voorwaarden of Financial Markets Lawyers Alliance (FMLA) B.V. are deposited to the public record with the Civil Clerk’s Office of the District Court of Amsterdam. At your request a copy of the Terms of Business will be sent, free of charge. Among other provisions, the Terms of Business of FMLA contain a limitation of liability clause.
